Change event service issue fetching more than 10k rows (google.com) <https://groups.google.com/g/adwords-api/c/hSKgtXy1D9g/m/TpHWzgOeAAAJ> Ran into the same problem, where in a split second there are more than 10k rows. This is with change status service. How can I fetch all the data in that split second? How do I know if all the data was fetched?
