I can indeed see that you currently have (sitelink) extensions created or associated at the campaign level. However, your query not returning any records could be highly like due to your account being already migrated to asset based extensions. That being said, could you try and generate the campaign_asset (use campaign_asset.field_type = SITELINK filter) report instead? Let us know how this goes on your end.
