The metrics.conversions_value_per_cost unfortunately is not available when the campaign resource is specified in the FROM clause. When constructing queries, we recommend using the query builder tool instead (see here for campaign resource specific query builder), since this tool should already provide indicators of supported fields during the construction of the query.
