Not sure if this is a bug or what, but I have followed all steps for API access and received an email telling me access was approved, but when I visit the "Adwords API Center" in MCC nothing is shown. I have tried multiple browsers and get the same result. See screenshot: http://tinyurl.com/3x2kkpg
