We are implementing our tracker following this guide
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/click-tracking> (or
https://support.google.com/css-center/answer/9133743).
The question is that we don't really understand the point of the substitute
URL.
So our tracker can redirect to the *{lpurl},* how can we "decrypt" this
substitute URL?
