Hi Nuri,

Unfortunately there are no way to cancel pending jobs at the moment.
However, the next version of the API will include this functionality.
In the mean time the only solution is to finish uploading parts to the
incomplete job, which will get it to start.  The downside here is that
the old operations in the job will then be processed.
