Hi Jon, In this case it looks like the problem is that another keyword, "cheap flight Madrid" (criteriaID 136958298) is a better match for the query and is being used but doesn't have any associated ad parameters. In this scenario it may make sense to assign ad parameters to all keywords in the ad group.
