With regards to your question, Google Ads API has different reports to be used in order to get data present in your account. For setting up Google Ads API, you may refer to this guide first as you need to complete the steps outlined in the Google Ads API quickstart. Once you successfully setup, you may use GoogleAdsService.Search or GoogleAdsService.SearchStream to get any report. You may use this code example for reporting examples.
