As of around 6:30 PM ( Central Time ) , it appears that most all the batch jobs have FINALLY processed and are done ( with 0 errors ).
Not sure what the cause of this was.. But for now, appears to be back to normal ( seems like these were stuck in RUNNING state for about ~5 Hours , before finally completing. ) - Batch Job Crisis of 2023 is hopefully over.. - for now , looking to get some insight on what caused this though.
