You can confirm this using the Google Ads UI", but if you'd prefer to use the Google Ads API, you may retrieve the conversion_tracking_setting from the account that manages conversion actions using the searchStream or search method of GoogleAdsService and the following query: SELECT customer.id, customer.conversion_tracking_setting.accepted_customer_data_terms FROM customer Then verify that accepted_customer_data_terms is true.
