Kindly note that, it usually takes up to 48 hours to correctly process your Customer Match data. Check back after 48 hours. Since you've mentioned that you're able upload Segments successfully then there shouldn't be any issues in the API. In the API perspective, kindly check the Customer Match consideration (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/remarketing/audience-types/customer-match#customer_match_considerations) When implementing Customer Match.
