Kindly note that the CustomAudienceOperation (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/v13/CustomAudienceOperation) is not listed in the MutateOperation operation field you linked, it is not currently supported in the Ads API. However, please note that our team already raised a feature request for this and this is subject for review. Relevant updates will be posted on the release notes (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/release-notes) and blog (https://ads-developers.googleblog.com/2023/04/announcing-v131-of-google-ads-api.html).
