Hi,
I am trying to obtain suggestions (keywords, headlines and descriptions) to
create a Smart Campaign through the API. I am comparing the results
obtained with the API to the ones showed in the Google Ads Manger UI. I
realised that, usually, I have more suggestions in the UI than in the API.
In order to get more suggestions, I tried to use the “business location id”
instead of just the “name”. But, although in the UI I get more results, the
results obtained from the API don’t vary. I am using the “business location
id” in the form “locations/{id}” and I have obtained it from my business
directly from the Business Profile UI. No errors are shown when I do the
call.
My questions are:
- Is possible to obtain the exact same suggestions that are shown in the UI?
- Can I use any business location id (if I have the number) or do I need to
ask for special permissions?
