I see here that I can set up my page as public and then access it via the
Oauth 2.0 API but I must log in. Seems anyone goggle login works. So I'm
not sure why that is even required?

My question is, since the page is public and google allows any login to
work, how can I require no login. This api will be on a public http and we
absolutely do not want any kind of login to take place. Or if any, it needs
to be done behind the scenes.
