I have submitted a request for Basic Access, but have not received any confirmation of this request. In this forum I'm reading that I should have received a confirmation email with a Case ID. I have never received any confirmation whatsoever. I understand that resources are limited, but I would very much appreciate it if you could have a check to see what's going on?
