I was on a break for 4 months and didn't use the Ads API. Now my Test Manager account is showing as closed. Questions: 1. How to activate it again or should I create a new Test Manager account? If not, what are my options? 2. What are requirements for getting access to production account and how to get it? Would the Test Manager Account be closed after I get access?
