Hi, Yes. However, Google in-market and affinity audiences can be downloaded via campaign_audience_view in the Google Ads API. The campaign_audience_view resource represents a view of a campaign's audiences, and it can be used to retrieve information about all of the audiences that are used in a campaign, including in-market and affinity audiences.
