Kindly note that the user list sizes are showing as zero because, for privacy reasons the list size is displayed as zero until it has at least 1,000 members. Once it reaches this threshold, the size is rounded to the two most significant digits. You can find more information in this guide. Upon reviewing your Google Ads account (4338086288), it appears the user list size for the audience segment (8661663568) is less than 100. As mentioned earlier, you need to upload at least 1,000 members for the size to be displayed in the Google Ads UI.
