The use case is similar to what Sean had said in the other email thread: "I have over 1000+ Asset Groups that will each have their own unique URL rules so it is not really scalable to do each of these one at a time through the UI."
Like Sean, I would also like to interact with URL rules at scale, and going through API is a scalable solution.
