Hi, Upon checking your manager account (255-202-1125), I could still see that your developer token is in 'Test access' and this is the reason you are getting this error. Once your developer token is approved with the basic access, then you can be able to make the successful API calls. Until then you will encounter this error. However, I am asking the compliance team to check your API application.
