EMERGENCY, overspending occurring because of a Google MCC error! Google inadvertently downgraded our MCC, that we process tens of thousands of campaigns through daily via our app, and the low rate limit is so severely crippling that our users cannot place new ads or cancel existing ads... so the ads are continuing to spend $!
We need this fixed! It's been a week now and we are not getting any replies to the ticket so we're reaching out to everyone everywhere we can as there is overspend liability here! We've worked with Google account managers at some of our largest accounts and they are bumping our ticket but still nothing from Google Ads Compliance. We are going into the Google UI to manually take action where we can but the volumes we deal with make that extremely difficult to keep up with. Background: The case number associated with our request for standard access appears to be [8-0394000037226]. For more context, we were working to get our app developer token migrated to a new MCC but Google processed the migration without coordinating with us, so our old token was deprecated and the new token was granted at basic access vs standard.
