Oh, and the report type downloaded is: KEYWORDS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT
I'm not settings any predicates since we don't want any filtering on that. I've tried to filter out only pause, or active or deleted campaigns but with the same result... i.e. the downloaded data does not match the data in Google Adwords MCC. The fields I'm using are: Id CampaignId Month KeywordText DestinationUrl Conversions CostPerConversion Impressions Clicks Cost I'm also using custom date.
