Hello, Is it possible to create a user_list that will be based on app users via API? I tried with basic_user_list and rule_based_user_list (Both using conversion_action), but user list has Website visitors as a segment type, even though I attached conversion_action that is from Google Analytics 4 properties (Firebase).
