The API is syncing down data for campaign IDs that dont exist in the account.
There are multiple campaign IDs that the API shows data for that are not included in the "Campaign ID" column in the Campaigns view within the https://ads.google.com/aw/campaigns UI. There are no removed campaigns in the account, and there are no other filters applied in the UI. All campaigns are showing in the view. These additional campaign IDs from the API also do not show in the Report Editor when viewing performance by Campaign ID.
