I'm using generateKeywordIdeas(v19) and sending this payload:

Instead of getting new keyword ideas, the API only returns the original
seed keywords with search volume and bidding info etc.
*Is this expected?*
If not, how should I structure the request to get *new* keyword suggestions
(like in the Google Ads UI)?
