Hi,
After upgrading to *Google Ads API v18*, we’ve found that impressions previously returned under the MIXED network are now classified under the new enum value AdNetworkType.GOOGLE_OWNED_CHANNELS. The release notes simply state: Added AdNetworkType.GOOGLE_OWNED_CHANNELS, which is used by ads that serve on Google-owned channels such as YouTube, Gmail, and the Discover feed. Link. Because this appears to be only an enum addition, it isn’t obvious that historical data will be re-mapped. When we re-fetched past date ranges with v18, the re-classification created duplicate rows and corrupted our customers’ reports. Could you please advise: 1. Where we can find more detailed release documentation that flags behavioral changes like this? 2. Whether v18 or the upcoming v19 introduce other field or enum re-mappings we should prepare for? Thank you for your help. -- -- =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~ Also find us on our blog: https://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/ =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum" group.
