Update Website Documents for sunset dates 2. entertain the same questions by your tech support team 3. after the sunset date, put in opex to keep entertaining older version's api requests. 4. before the sunset date, put in opex to intermittently fail about-to-be older version's api requests to nudge clients in the right direction of upgradation(i've witnessed this too) Instead, simply, encourage your clients even on forums to use this endpoint.
