Hi Google Ads API team!
As of today Aug 18 we started to get a lot of errors like:

We use official google-ads-php library to get API data, if this info helps.
We have 3 retries - which don't help.
We see this error for like 5% of all API calls we make.
Is there something going on with Google Ads API?
