Hello Netizens, I'm having trouble setting up a payment profile for running ads. I tried adding payment method from billing tab, it wasn't there, only payment profile option was visible.
Please help if you can. It seems newer as most of youtube guides and even google help desk refers to the "payment method" option from the billing tab and it isn't there.
