Out of thin air we observe rejection in campaig ncreation over API. A request MutateCampaigns instantly returns:

Performance Max campaigns with Brand Guidelines enabled require at least one business name to be linked as a CampaignAsset.", All our other campaigns and ad accounts never showed that before. Our flow is to create a GPM campaign and provide logo and buisiness name at asset group creation. Why is that happening? It worked for other ad accounts.
