Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

Upon checking your Google Ads account(816-264-0723), I could see that the
conversion action ‘offline (upload) (1) (7316658912)’ status is showing as
'Inactive'. I would recommend you to kindly refer to this help center article
"Conversion Tracking: Troubleshooting conversion tracking status" to
troubleshoot your conversions based on your conversion action ID status. Could
you kindly confirm if you followed the setup prerequisites for working with an
offline conversion setup? If not, I would request you to follow the
prerequisites before uploading offline conversions. Also, I would suggest you
refer to this "Debug common errors" documentation for more information. I would
suggest you refer to the Monitor offline data diagnostics documentation as it
helps to find the overall health of the conversion upload processes.

>From the provided logs, I could see that you have uploaded the conversions on
>September 24,2025 that means today itself. Please note that your account
>statistics (such as clicks, conversions and impressions) are delayed by less
>than 3 hours. Kindly note that the uploaded conversions can take up to 24
>hours for conversions to show up in Google Ads, depending on the attribution
>model you are using. I would recommend you to refer to this article About data
>freshness for more information.

Kindly note that you need to import the conversions by selecting the data
source in your Google Ads account. Please note that you did not set up the data
source to import the conversion data. So please check the “Action” tab in the
conversion goal dashboard and set up the source of the data (via the Google Ads
API or any featured product like Salesforce, Google BigQuery, etc., or upload
manually via the file). If you are using the Google Ads API, then you can refer
to the 'Conversion management' guide for setting up the data source.

Please note that you have provided only the response body. In order to assist
you further, could you please provide us with the complete API logs (request
and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would
request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are
using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to
enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging
via the curl command by using the -i flag.

You can send the details via Reply privately to the author option, or direct
private reply to this email.

Thanks,

Google Ads API Team
