I’m trying to create a new *manager (MCC) account* under my *top-level MCC account* using the *Google Ads API (v21)*. In the *Google Ads web interface*, I can easily create a new account and select the option to make it a *Manager*, but when I attempt the same through the API, I receive the following error: “Developer doesn’t have permission to access service.” I currently have *standard access*, and I’m able to create *regular customer accounts* under my main MCC successfully using the API. However, when I try to create another *customer (manager)* under that new account, the request fails. Can someone please confirm whether the Google Ads API (v21) *supports creating manager (MCC) accounts* under another MCC? If it does, could you explain the correct approach or share an example of how to do it?
