I am writing to request a dedicated Test Account ID (Customer ID starting with 999-) to be linked to my Manager Account (MCC).
*Here are my details and the issue I am currently facing:* *Developer Token *bDh17HKVDT13XBIVo1d7nA *Manager Account (MCC) ID*810-667-9666 *Access Level*Basic Access (Recently Approved) My MCC (810-667-9666) is currently under the policy restriction that prevents it from creating new accounts, including dedicated test accounts, via the CreateCustomerClient method. - When I attempt to create a test account, the API returns the error: *InvalidArgument* with the message about the *$1,000 spending history requirement*. *Request:* Since my Basic Access Token is ready for development, but I cannot create the required environment, could you please *provide a functional Test Account ID (a 999-XXX-XXX Customer ID) and ensure it is properly linked under my MCC*? This will allow me to proceed with testing campaign creation (mutation operations) without linking a billing method to a live account.
