When I look at the report types I see that there is CAMPAIGN_NEGATIVE_KEYWORDS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT report to get campaign level negative keywords.
On the KEYWORDS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT there is no isNegative column to determine if a keyword is negative or not.
