Really glad to have this, David, thanks! I do have a question, though. If I look at the fields returned from the getReportFields (I've looked at AdPerformanceReport, KeywordPerformance & PlacementPerformance) that list does not match the list in this documentation. For example, for the KeywordPerformanceReport, there are quite a few fields (KeywordMatchType, DestinationUrl, for example) that are listed via the api that are not listed in this documentation. Should one take precedence over the other? In general I tend to weigh the getReportFields values as the most reliable augmented by the documentation, but perhaps I am setting myself up for more headaches that way? It would certainly be clearer if these matched up.
