We are experiencing the same thing. Curiously this particular error happens only with the first account, when switching over to the next account in the list, we get an error like this:
"*You have too many report jobs already running, please wait until one of them finishes before scheduling another job*." I can consistently switch back and forth between the first and subsequent accounts, and the first will *always* display "internal error", and the others "too many report jobs". I hope this helps in troubleshooting this.
