We keep getting this error message [BulkMutateJobError.REQUEST_PART_IS_OUT_OF_ORDER @ operation.operand.request] when submitting Bulk Mutate submission for doing Campaign URL exclusions and AdGroup URL inclusions.
Typically an image resubmission run successfully, though not always. What is the source of this problem? How can it be fixed other than to not use Bulk Mutate? Your help is appreciated.
