Sorry for the late reply, but I only just noticed your reply to the above 
issue as I was on holiday when Johannes wrote the above bug report.

We have been subject to the same problem multiple times over the past 2 
weeks, but quite sporadically. It will work without a hitch for a few days, 
then again fail at a later point. Sometimes, if we just rerun the same 
script at a later time of the day it automagically seems to work.

The same problem has occurred once again today and the retries are also not 
working.

We only work with 2 different report definitions (per account / tracking-id) 
and the problem seemed to occur on both reports in the beginning. In the 
meantime, we have changed our system to validate this date change on every 
report update and kill the script if it fails so we no longer see if the 
second report also fails after the first one fails (if the first report 
update passes, the second report update always works).

Do you have an idea why this behavior is occurring for us?
