Thank you very much, Navneet. Appreciate your reply. Seems to be the same issue. I know something similar has happened in the past (over a year ago) and I thought it was long gone by now. Unfortunately, we are not in a situation where we can just update our production code to work around this. Hopefully the next server update isn't too far away.
