I have been spacing them out, even increasing the wait time beyond the 30 seconds which seems to be fixed as even after waiting 30 seconds I still frequently get consecutive rate errors. I even stopped sending any requests for a couple of days but it seems once an account starts hitting rate errors the account seems to have very limited bandwidth without hitting rate errors again. Initially, when the account was first created, I didn't get any rate errors for a few hours or maybe even longer. Now even after a couple of days of idle time, I can't even get through a few minutes without hitting rate errors.
