Hi Benny,

Yes, second...@domain.com won't be linked to your principle account, but 
that wouldn't prevent you from using the API against this account. You would 
make API calls as:

email = second...@domain.com
password = password for second...@domain.com (you already know this, since 
this is your login email)
clientEmail - not required if this is an adwords account. If this is an MCC, 
then provide the login email of the client you want to manage 
under second...@domain.com.
developerToken - your original developer token from your Principal account.

You can still use InfoService to track the API cost incurred for each client 
and transfer them the API cost if required.
