HI Mohan,

You could start by downloading one of the client libraries from
http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/clientlibraries.html. For example,
the PHP library is available at
http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-php/. The client libraries have
code examples for all the common tasks. For instance,
http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-php/source/browse/trunk/examples/v201101/GetRelatedKeywords.php
 gives
the list of related keywords,
http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-php/source/browse/trunk/examples/v201101/GetTrafficEstimates.php
 gives
the traffic estimates for a set of keywords. The documentation is available
at http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/, a few technical blogs are available
at http://adwordsapi.blogspot.com/, and in case of any questions, you can
ask on this forum. One of our users should help you out.

Cheers,
Anash P. Oommen,
AdWords API Advisor.
