Hi. No, this can't be done.
You can use TargetingIdea service to get count of searches http://code.google.com/intl/en-EN/apis/adwords/docs/reference/latest/TargetingIdeaService.TargetingIdeaSelector.html#requestedAttributeTypes but this is not search results.
