Hi, Currently, v13 cross client reports do not allow users to select a subset of accounts that include optional-login accounts. The two work arounds include running the cross client report with no specified accounts (which will return all accounts, including optional-login accounts) or run a non-cross-client report using the customerId just for the optional-login accounts.
