Hi, I'm just following up to see whether there was any update on this issue. It's been over a week and making the call still results in the same UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR being returned. Here's the most up- to-date request/response (again, without a request ID) that failed.
Thanks, Josh *** Outgoing SOAP ****************************************************** <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:SOAP-ENC="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/ encoding/" xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:ZSI="http://www.zolera.com/schemas/ZSI/" xmlns:xsd="http:// www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema- instance"> <SOAP-ENV:Header> <RequestHeader xmlns="https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/ch/ v201008" xmlns:ns1="https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/cm/ v201008"> <ns1:authToken>xxxxxx</ns1:authToken> <ns1:userAgent>AwApi-Python-13.1.0|Test Client</ns1:userAgent> <ns1:developerToken>xxxxxx</ns1:developerToken> </RequestHeader> </SOAP-ENV:Header> <SOAP-ENV:Body xmlns:ns1="https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/ch/ v201008"> <ns1:get xmlns:ns1="https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/ch/ v201008"> <ns1:selector> <ns1:dateTimeRange xmlns:ns2="https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/ cm/v201008"> <ns2:min>19700102 010101 UTC</ns2:min> <ns2:max>20110522 162733 UTC</ns2:max> </ns1:dateTimeRange> <ns1:campaignIds>29376024</ns1:campaignIds> </ns1:selector> </ns1:get> </SOAP-ENV:Body> </SOAP-ENV:Envelope> ************************************************************************ *** Incoming SOAP ****************************************************** <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <soap:Envelope xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/ envelope/"><soap:Body><soap:Fault><faultcode>soap:Server</ faultcode><faultstring>InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR @ [Ljava.lang.StackTraceElement;@1582707</ faultstring><detail><ApiExceptionFault xmlns="https:// adwords.google.com/api/adwords/ch/v201008" xmlns:ns2="https:// adwords.google.com/api/adwords/cm/ v201008"><ns2:message>InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR @ [Ljava.lang.StackTraceElement;@1582707</ ns2:message><ns2:ApplicationException.Type>ApiException</ ns2:ApplicationException.Type><ns2:errors xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/ 2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:type="ns2:InternalApiError"><ns2:fieldPath></ ns2:fieldPath><ns2:trigger></ ns2:trigger><ns2:errorString>InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR</ ns2:errorString><ns2:ApiError.Type>InternalApiError</ ns2:ApiError.Type><ns2:reason>UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR</ ns2:reason></ns2:errors></ApiExceptionFault></detail></soap:Fault></ soap:Body></soap:Envelope> ************************************************************************ -- =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~ Also find us on our blog and discussion group: http://adwordsapi.blogspot.com http://groups.google.com/group/adwords-api =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "AdWords API Forum" group.
