I have the same issue. I put the prices in my ads and use adparams to change them frequently. Now all the defaults are showing and I have thousands of ads with the wrong prices. I am not sure exactly when it started, but the complaints started coming in 3-4 days ago.
The changes go through to the adwords api without any errors, but never turn up on the ad.
