Hi Mahesh, Pausing all campaigns in a client is the best approach to pause a child account using AdWords API. You can use ServicedAccountService to retrieve the customer id for accounts, and then pause all campaigns in that account. AdWords API can take either clientEmail or clientCustomerId in SOAP headers.
