Hi Simone, The error message you are seeing is slightly misleading; you are getting it because you are specifying an empty ClientCustomerId header instead of not specifying one. Try commenting out ClientCustomerId and ClientEmail headers in your web.config, or set servicedAccountService.RequestHeader.ClientCustomerId = servicedAccountService.RequestHeader.ClientEmail = null and your code should work fine.
