I don't know for sure when it changed, I just got a bugreport of a user that his deleted items didn't show up in our system. The code we used has always worked and was created in the same way as the blogpost tells you to: http://adwordsapi.blogspot.com/2010/07/discover-v201003-migrating-your-account.html
