What I did is to stick with the "headline" views for aggregation, as the headline should be present every time the ad is served. Other elements, such as sitelinks or product extensions, will be included in your ad based on position, relevance and other factors. The way I understand the number of views e.g. for "sitelinks" is how many times sitelinks have been shown in your ads vs. number of times clicked. But those views cannot be added up with the headline values as they all refer to the same ad.
